Welcome
On behalf of the Organizing Committee, it is our great pleasure to welcome you to the 13th IEEE/CIC International Conference on Communications in China (ICCC 2024) in the magnificent city of Hangzhou on August 7-9, 2024. Since its commencement in 2012, ICCC has grown steadily from a brand new conference with a strong vision, to a unique venue in bringing together global researchers and practitioners in communications to the greater China region.
Themed "Ubiquitous Communications @ Future," ICCC 2024 not only provides a platform for presenting frontier research and discussing the latest breakthroughs but also features keynotes, technical symposia, industrial and academic panels, workshops, tutorials, and industry expositions. We wish all participants a fruitful and productive conference and an enjoyable stay in Hangzhou.

Presentation Guidelines
All accepted papers should be presented by one of the authors. The Technical Program provides information about the mode of presentation, oral or poster. Presentations should be prepared according to the following guidelines.
Lecture Presentations
Each presentation time slot is 15 minutes including the questions/answers'part. Each presentation has its own time slot which cannot be changed or shifted. The speakers are expected to make the best use of the slot and leave sufficient time, 2–3 minutes, for question and answers. Session chairs will enforce the schedule.

All oral presentation rooms will be equipped with laptop computers and the presentations must be prepared in either Microsoft PowerPoint or PDF format (16:9 is preferred). The presenters should arrive no later than 15 minutes before the scheduled start time and check-in with the Session Chair before the session starts. They should also deliver their presentation slides no later than 15 minutes before the scheduled start time of the session.
Poster Information
For the authors postering their papers, please prepare a poster with the size 36 inches (W) X 48 inches (H) or 91cm(W) X 122cm(H). The posters will be sticked on the poster boards. Authors should check-in with the Session Chairs prior to the session start and remain with their posters throughout the presentation.
